Prejavuje sa <strong>\u00fabytkom kostnej hmoty<\/strong>, \u010do vedie k <strong>oslabeniu pevnosti kost\u00ed<\/strong> a t\u00fdm k zv\u00fd\u0161enej l\u00e1mavosti.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Riziko osteoporotickej zlomeniny hroz\u00ed:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>ka\u017edej <strong>tretej \u017eene<\/strong> nad 50 rokov,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>ka\u017ed\u00e9mu <strong>\u0161iestemu mu\u017eovi<\/strong> nad 50 rokov.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Naj\u010dastej\u0161ie sa l\u00e1mu <strong>kosti predlaktia, stavce, horn\u00fd koniec ramennej a stehennej kosti<\/strong>.<br>Najz\u00e1va\u017enej\u0161ou zlomeninou je v\u0161ak <strong>zlomenina kr\u010dka stehennej kosti<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Zlomenina, ktor\u00e1 men\u00ed \u017eivot<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Asi <strong>tretina pacientov po zlomenine kr\u010dka stehennej kosti do roka zomiera.<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u010eal\u0161ia <strong>tretina zost\u00e1va odk\u00e1zan\u00e1 na opateru in\u00fdch<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Len zvy\u0161ok sa dok\u00e1\u017ee \u00faplne zotavi\u0165.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>T\u00e1to zlomenina je <strong>7. naj\u010dastej\u0161ou pr\u00ed\u010dinou \u00famrt\u00ed hospitalizovan\u00fdch pacientov na Slovensku<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Riziko \u00famrtia po takejto zlomenine u \u017eeny je:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>rovnak\u00e9 ako pri <strong>rakovine prsn\u00edka<\/strong>,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>\u0161tyrikr\u00e1t vy\u0161\u0161ie<\/strong> ako pri rakovine maternice.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Riziko zlomeniny kr\u010dka stehennej kosti je <strong>v\u00e4\u010d\u0161ie ako riziko rakoviny prsn\u00edka, maternice a vaje\u010dn\u00edkov spolu<\/strong>.<br>U mu\u017eov je riziko v\u00e4\u010d\u0161ie ako riziko <strong>rakoviny prostaty<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Priemern\u00e9 celo\u017eivotn\u00e9 riziko zlomeniny kr\u010dka:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>\u017eeny: <strong>30 \u2013 40 %<\/strong>,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>mu\u017ei: <strong>okolo 13 %<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Pre\u010do prib\u00fada osteopor\u00f3za?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Hlavn\u00fdmi pr\u00ed\u010dinami s\u00fa:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>starnutie popul\u00e1cie<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>nedostatok pohybu<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>zmena stravovac\u00edch n\u00e1vykov<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>faj\u010denie<\/strong> a <strong>nadmern\u00fd stres<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Mlad\u00e1 gener\u00e1cia je obzvl\u00e1\u0161\u0165 ohrozen\u00e1 \u2013 sedav\u00fd sp\u00f4sob \u017eivota, m\u00e1lo pohybu, nezdrav\u00e1 strava a sladen\u00e9 n\u00e1poje pripravuj\u00fa p\u00f4du pre bud\u00facich osteoporotikov.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ochorenie prebieha <strong>dlh\u00e9 roky bez pr\u00edznakov<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Zlomeniny \u010dasto vznikaj\u00fa aj <strong>pri minim\u00e1lnej z\u00e1\u0165a\u017ei<\/strong> \u2013 pri zakopnut\u00ed, prud\u0161om predklone, dv\u00edhan\u00ed bremien, zaka\u0161\u013ean\u00ed \u010di dokonca pri k\u00fdchnut\u00ed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Ako sa chr\u00e1ni\u0165?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Odpor\u00fa\u010dan\u00fd denn\u00fd pr\u00edjem:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>V\u00e1pnik:<\/strong> 1000 \u2013 1200 mg<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Vitam\u00edn D:<\/strong> 800 \u2013 1000 IU<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Prevencia:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>pravideln\u00fd <strong>pohyb a cvi\u010denie<\/strong>,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>dostatok <strong>slne\u010dn\u00e9ho svetla<\/strong>,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>vyv\u00e1\u017een\u00e1 strava<\/strong> bohat\u00e1 na mlie\u010dne v\u00fdrobky, ryby, zeleninu, orechy,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>obmedzi\u0165 k\u00e1vu a alkohol<\/strong> \u2013 kofe\u00edn zni\u017euje hladinu v\u00e1pnika, alkohol zhor\u0161uje jeho vstreb\u00e1vanie,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>nepreh\u00e1\u0148a\u0165 to s m\u00e4som, so\u013eou a cukrom<\/strong>, ktor\u00e9 podporuj\u00fa vylu\u010dovanie v\u00e1pnika z tela.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Osteopor\u00f3za je <strong>tich\u00fd, ale z\u00e1va\u017en\u00fd nepriate\u013e<\/strong>.
